The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Suzi, I am so sorry.

The news about Flynn is good, but I'm alternating between trying not to get my hopes up too much and cackling with glee.

I'm thrilled about Flynn, because there's no doubt he's flipped, but now I'm REALLY worried that Trump will fire Mueller.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

ABC (and maybe others) are saying that Flynn will testify that Trump, when he was a candidate, told him to make contact with the Russians.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

They'll need a second witness to corroborate for a treason conviction, though I imagine that's not necessary for impeachment.

Yeah, I don't need a treason conviction; I just like calling him a treasonous motherfucker. Because he is.

From what I understand, treason has a very specific legal definition, that will be difficult to meet in court.

Now, at the very least, Trump appears to be guilty of violating the Logan Act, which says that private citizens can't conduct foreign policy.

But of course, there is a whole lot more to come.

I don't think there will be any conviction of Trump. I think the most that will come of it will be impeachment proceedings but probably only if the Dems get control of the house in 2018. I expect 2020 will be the chance to get Trump out of office.

I'm not actually saying Trump will be charged with treason. But I'm not part of the legal system, so I can call his behavior what it is, which is treason.
