Yay Thor! Even better than napping, I say.
I'd also like a break from the constant meyowling, CATS. Wtf do you even want
Haha! I just spent five minutes yelling back at my cat.

Yay house! Yay Thor!
My apartment is getting inspected tomorrow, so I have been cleaning and putting up a new shower curtain and generally taking care of all the stuff I've let slip because the world is a dumpster fire. I still haven't dusted, but fuck it, the bathroom is clean and the floors have been mopped.
I also just switched my mobile service so I can use my phone internationally and save at least $15 a month. Next up is switching my internet so I can get rid of Comcast, but that may have to wait until after Thanksgiving.
I would like a glass of wine now.
My apartment is getting inspected tomorrow
My place doesn't get inspected, but then there are people in it four times a year to change the filters and check for leaks. I guess that counts, they'd probably report it if they found a disaster area.
It's so weird after living with a hoarder for 30 years to find out that I can keep a tidy house. A few cluttered and weird surfaces, but essentially tidy.
That's basically what they're doing, Connie. My apartment definitely wasn't a disaster, but I'm using this as a hard deadline to make myself do chores.
Yay Pix and ND on home-ownership! That looks like a great place, well-maintained. Fun barbecues ahead!
I think y'all will enjoy this: [link]

What are you switching to?
< pen poised for notes>
People in my neighborhood are switching over to Sonic because they're offering gigabit fiber for $50/month if you sign up for a year.
Edit: I'm a little hesitant to switch because online reviews are so mixed.

Truth. And I say that as a big fan of napping.

My friend had Sonic in the East Bay and they had great customer service. She was very satisfied with them, and whenever there was something to fix they were easy to reach and came promptly.
I really want Sonic internet to come with tater tots. Please do not disillusion me.
Consuela, that video is amazing. I want to just follow her around YouTube now.
