Got a call from my boss. The dept election went in my favor, so pending the dean's approval, I'll be Director of the department next year. It'll be a rotating position. AND I'm going to Hawaii in a couple days for a conference. It's been a good week. But that doesn't mean I'm done with grading - nope!

msbelle, I've been wanting a pull-down Ladder into my attic, but I was told I don't have enough room for one. It's just a small square opening. Did you have to have a large opening to fit yours?
I only had a small square opening, so he had to cut a new hole and frame it out with the stair kit. We did it in my garage, but I know people who have the pull down in the hall or a large closet. It really depends on what the trusses in your attic are like in order to have room to frame it out without cutting into them.
