Lorne: Once the word spreads you beat up an innocent old man, well, the truly terrible will think twice before going toe-to-toe with our Avenging Angel. Spike: Yes. The geriatric community will be soiling their nappies when they hear you're on the case. Bravo.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am so down for sweet potato pie - yum! See also: pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Dome houses underground. Hobbit houses. I even know an architect who can build them.

I would be up for a Hobbit house in upstate NY.

You'd better like winter if you're in the Catskills. My aunt's place was in Big Indian, just down 28 from Margaretville and Phoenecia.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm hearing rain. How am I supposed to get out of bed when it's raining?

Also, if I lived in Phoenecia I am pretty sure I would spend a lot of time writing postcards in cuneiform. Which spunds like a pleasant way to while away the winter in a hobbit hole.

Yes, they definitely get a winter, which would possibly mean having a second compound in a warm climate and/or a basic hibernation plan for those who do not want to venture out in the winter much. I think enclosable walkways between buildings would be good as well as food cellars and stellar WiFi. My living any such place would require a work from home job and/or full retirement.

I like the sound of "basic hibernation plan"

I love winter. Is there cross-country skiing in the Catskills? 'Cause I am there for that.

No idea Calli, I have only been there in early fall, spring & summer. I would think so though. Possibly could cross country into town.
