In our continuing annoying tech saga, I just showed up to get people dressed at 6:30 for a 7:00 go and found out they had made a change so they could do more tech- an 8:00 go. They didn't tell anyone in costumes or wardrobe from the designer down.

I think we went from "is" to "will have been" today.
Today I got to work to find craft services for Chicago PD all but blocking the front door. It seems we're picking up a little on the side by providing space for extras and crew holding. We also had our "Noon Salon" event for subscribers which includes lunch. So when I took my lunch break I walked by the buffet for the subscribers in the lobby and out through the tv crew's lunch break just to get a smoothie at Protein Bar.

Anyway, mutherfucker! I put away the water filters for the gotdammned cat fountain somewhere, and I can't find them.
So I ordered new and decided fedex/ups is now delivering all my cat litter. In order to get free shipping. And honestly, this new litter is less dusty (I was skeptical) and when on sale, cheaper than target or petsmart. So sorry, fedex/ups guy, just ordered 120 lbs of cat litter in order to get free shipping for an originally $10 order....

Still okay. Went to Bladerunner and feel good about that choice. Have checked the weather and evac updates and both are benign enough that I feel pretty confident about remaining okay through the night.
Could have done without the trailer for Only the Brave, though. And I don't think the world needs Bruce Willis playing Charlton Heston, but that's hardly the same thing.

Semi ridiculous order of litter, but I was mad. But it was cheap and I don't have to haul it, I guess?
