I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's in Kansas, Gud?

Intriguing, Amy! I would like to attend that presentation.

Either the air is cleaner or I'm getting used to the smell of smoke. Since I've been inside most of the day, I feel justified in assuming it's the former. UPS is delaying delivering a Prime package, though, which feels like a sign that things are still pretty serious.

Oh no. A VP of Sales signs her emails with "t". No dash, but too close for comfort!

I probably shouldn't complain about this in public, perhaps I will delete, but - seriously, company, you change the analyst and the salesperson handling JCP in the middle of rolling out Ayesha Curry's brand? That does not seem like a smart move.

OK, lunch over, I'll stop serial posting for a while.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

-t, please be safe, if you feel like maybe you should go, just go. Better to leave when you didn't need to than be caught wishing you had!

I'm so upset about the wildfires. And everything else. It really feels like the world is ending.

Gud, the Virginia state campaigns are distressing me too! Northam (D) is the best choice and the better man, but he's not dynamic and quick enough in person, and Gillespie (R) is playing to the bigot base.

Sometimes it just feels like the R base is like, 'okay this guy may be terrible on a lot of things, but he supports gun rights so I'm going to vote to for him' and the D base is like 'well she's on my side on the issues, but her brand of feminism isn't quite as intersectional as it should be so I can't get behind her'.

You're completely right. R's seem to be one-issue voters who will get behind anyone who supports that issue, no matter what else they also support. Dems seem to be one-issue voters who won't support anyone who doesn't support their issue exactly the way they want it supported.

I am so fucking glad I got back on antidepressants. Because this shit is not letting up.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Hi, y'all.

-t, I'm glad you're okay. And Zen. And everyone else.
