I'm sure Crowley is never irritating.
Well, he is a puppy - about 4 months old, so there are times when he decides something is a chew toy that absolutely is not. Nothing important destroyed yet. But he redeems himself with being utterly adorable and affectionate.
Though I doubt you would want other writer to be affectionate.
I've been doing End User Testing on a new fancy workbook and so far every work item I've check is still messed up or there is some new issue. Ugh. This is supposed to be ready for release on Friday. The team has already told the project owner that Friday isn't happening, thankfully.
Irritating people remain irritating, including family members.
Brother and sister successfully got back to their houses. Sister's house still under evacuation order. The best FPL can promise them is the 22nd to get power back. It is in the 90s. They both have significant health issues, and are idiots. I'm being gracious and trying to be encouraging.
#1 son is also frustrating and annoying, but I will vent on him directly instead of here.
Laura, really, being an idiot ought to be a health condition!
I hate 6am meetings, and also working with people in Europe who have basically no overlap hours with my working hours. Argh.
Ugh, I'm sorry Laura.
ltc won't nap. I have a massive headache and need to shower before my inlaws arrive.
I am working from home. Now that school is back in session, I hope to do this every Wednesday. So far I have a load of clothes in and have made it through last week's late night monologues I TiVo'd.
Workwise I am doing as much as I do at work, minus dealing with office phones and people. I am plowing through a stack of invoices.
oh, and Steph, I started watching Riverdale. I swear that pilot had so much of a Veronica Mars feel. SO MUCH was covered without it feeling like an exposition-fest. I kinda love that the narrator was not one of the main aspects of the pilot, wonder if he becomes more key to the action as this goes on.
Starting ep 2 now.

Thanks for the oitment recs- I am going to go to CVS and see what is available. My skin is so sensitive, I am not sure what I decided to use something topical for pain relief!
Did anyone's toddler stop napping at 2?
When I was a toddler, I stopped napping. I am not sure if I can be of any help, but it was apparently legendary.
The only way to get Dillo to nap when he was 2-3 was to drive around in the car. In 4K they had nap time and he would lie on his mat and talk to the teacher while everyone else slept. The kid still needs less sleep than normal humans.
