eta: the places I've been looking at online are all quite nice and in good neighborhoods.

So yesterday I heard this noise and was confused, couldn't tell where it was coming from. Ran up and down stairs, figured out it sounded like water rushing...oh shit, I thought, has my water heater suddenly given up the ghost and flooded my garage? I opened the door from the house to the garage fully expecting to see a garage flowing with water out into the alley. But no! Confused, I opened the garage door to the alley..and saw my outdoor faucet fully on and rushing water. Wtf? Some weirdo unscrewed the hose that was on there, and then just...left the water on. So now I'm searching faucet locks on Amazon. Grr.
