That took me to a sign-in page, but I am Very Interested!
Ate too much at the big family shindig, but yet still want to eat now?
I have way too much shit in my fridge. At east some it is just the dregs of hummus, but also I got more posole, and all that fruit and...I actually think I need a bigger fridge and freezer. It might only fill to peak for a couple days, but it's peak. Might help if I didn't make/buy so much iced coffee in advance, but still.
Chilly swim this morning. I liked it, but staying in the water was preferable to being out in the breeze and that water was cool!
Made my now usual pilgrimage for good mexican, and the owner's dad gave me an extra serving of nopales on the side, just cause. And she told me she's planning to throw a little private customer appreciation party, maybe at her 6 month mark, for all her early customers & regulars & those who've helped promote her. She's looking forward to getting together this mix of folk from really all over the city with one common love. Her social media presence + getting kudos from a few trusted foodie locals with big online reach have helped get her get a bigger geographic reach, but she also has steady traffic from the Hispanic/Latino community where she's located. I'm invited;)

Cool sword, -t!
It's nice to know you've helped a restaurant get off the ground, sarameg.

That actually goes for both -t and sarameg.
Apparently, work had a meltdown today.
I'm really glad I mostly enforce a work blackout on weekends.
Heart~ma for your stepdad, Laura.
Condolences, Steph. It's such a hard thing to have to do. You and Tim have had too many losses the last year.
Yawn. 5 AM was early. Hanging n the waiting room. Looks like plenty of room to set up my laptop and settle in once they take him. This is the hospital where I was born.
