Well, I'd been thinking of upgrading my computer anyhow. One of the reasons I was thinking about it was some odd instability issues, so I kinda knew it was coming. I do a daily backup so data loss isn't much of an issue. Important stuff gets backed up immediately.

Bad: I had a different physical therapist yesterday who had me do different exercises, and today my quads are crying for mercy.
