Keep in mind that all the bullshit going on with CPB and ICE in the last six months, including stalking courtrooms and taking people into custody at court hearings for domestic violence -- that was all done on Kelly's watch. (I say this as someone who officially worked for him. He's a Marine: they have a reputation for integrity, but also for being assholes.)

So, no, I have no trust in Kelly's integrity. The best he can do is jump ship and try to salvage his own reputation, and even that will be forever tainted. He knew what the man was and he chose to work for him anyway.

ALL of these people will be forever tainted. Assuming we survive the next 3.5 years.
