We're switching to a new content authoring tool sometime ... this fall? At least upper management agreed with my suggestion that my side of the team won't switch to it until next year, after our January deadline?
We're in the middle of a template transition to standardize docs and help. It is...taking a long time.
Even more entertaining? I couldn't get a new computer because, seemingly, it can only be edited using an old version of IE ... although there's a CHANCE that the newest version - "Edge"? - might work.
