Timelies all!

We went to the Toronto zoo today. Saw the panda cubs(who were sleeping) and the baby gorilla (also sleeping). It was rather warm, so I guess I can't blame them.

After that we went to some friends' house for dinner and singing, getting there before the skies opened up.

I KNOW. I was astonished. Still am. It almost reads like someone else wrote it for her, because nobody could simultaneously be so obvious and so unaware, could they?

Went out for drinks with a friend who works at EPA tonight. ARGH. It's all terrible.

Because I am an impatient soul, I booked next year's Vegas trip today. I'm being decadent and flying first class. I even scheduled a bus tour to the Grand Canyon, which I haven't seen in 40 years (or longer, sheesh). I'm looking forward to buying some petrified wood souvenirs.
