Illyria: We cling to what is gone. Is there anything in this life but grief? Wesley: There's love. There's hope...for some. There's hope that you'll find something worthy...that your life will lead you to some joy...that after everything...you can still be surprised. Illyria: Is that enough? Is that enough to live on?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I have a dentist appointment tomorrow in Concord, CA. Chipped a tooth the other night and it's sorta cutting into my tongue. The pain's not too bad now so I can survive OK until then.

Besides that, my vacation is going great! Still feel fatigued a lot from the stress, though.

Go, Scola!

Sorry about the tooth, tommyrot, hope it is an easy fix.

I feel like I've been on vacation or in Narnia or something. Weird. Nice, but weird.

Coding and Sleeping

Now, I want SNL to do a Mrs. Rafferty skit about visiting Narnia.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I still want to run away with the circus. This could be a problem.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

2nd visit with chiropractor this morning and we went over my X-rays. My neck is jacked, it is supposed to have a curve to it, mine has none. Have one spurs on two vertebrae and degeneration on one disc. I have stretches and exercises to do to start moving the alignment back to a curve. The others we just watch.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I know I'm like a broken record on this, but I cannot recommend Alexander Technique enough for back issues. It teaches you what your postural habits are and how to work on correcting them yourself. Where chiros put your body back into alignment so your muscles can relax, AT teachers relax your muscles so your body can properly realign. I use it all day everyday, no exaggeration.

Yeah Scola! I feel like this deserves a SVW-style congrats. Like, VIRTUAL VISUAL VALIDATION VICTORY.

Good luck, msbelle, that sounds pretty painful.

Smonster, I am reading on it now and listening to a podcast.

-t it's not really painful, could cause problems later. The lack of curvature makes it tight all the time which has been an issue for years.

Glad to hear that.
