I'm sick to my stomach and trying to work out how to tell Ryan. The only thing I can think of as a silver lining right now is anticipating a backlash against him in 2020. (Which may well matter greatly in dismantling the Republican House gerrymanders.) But I still can't believe this.

My gut instinct is that Michigan is going to end up going Blue in the end. I'm skeptical about Wisconsin though.
