I had my annual and my GYN asked me when my last period was. I said, August 4. And she was like, "August 4 2016?" Then she ordered a blood test (estradiol and FSH). Then called me with the results.

Orrrrrr if you have a conditioner you really like, mix a tablespoon or so of your (deposit-only, nothing mixed with developer) color into your conditioner. From everything I've read, there's nothing super-fancy about Overtone, it's just that it's premixed.

Sorry about the shitshow of a day, Kat. It sounds the best that the surgery was cancelled. I know it has to be rescheduled, but perhaps the next time everyone will be less anxious and the anesthesiologist will be a normal professional.
My PCP checked my hormone levels when I was 42 and curious as to whether I might have another child since Bobby was 2 at that point. Results showed it highly unlikely without intervention. That was 5 years before my official menopause.

Oh yeah I have not missed but 1 cycle in the last 6 months, so not the same situation at all. My stupid body is instead just being unpredictable.

I've never had any luck mixing my own - the color just washes right out. I don't know what the difference is, but IME Overtone works better than the DIY method.
