I was out in the middle of the day yesterday, and the sheer heat made me woozy. I do not like summer. I wish I had a summer house and a life that would let me retreat somewhere twenty degrees cooler for the second half of June through August.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration
I did call in sick and stay on bed all day (so far) and it helped. Feel like I was punched in the face. Have showered and gotten dressed so I can go to therapy, though, and will probably go ahead and how to work after.
