Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.
They wrote a great letter and seem like they like the house for what it is, rather than being bummed that it's old and has quirks.

We're pretty happy because it looks like we won't lose the house we put an offer on in Michigan. I don't want to start over because I've already spent way too many hours picking out light fixtures and paint colors in my mind, as one does.
