Nice! I installed 2 window units, one new and it took a while because the directions were crap.i have so much spare hardware and despite this, need to go out and get some reinforcements tomorrow. But both are in and on and cooling. And I pulled a muscle in my boob in the process. It's sore.

The problem with going to an afternoon party is that drinking in the afternoon makes the rest of the day entirely unproductive. That said, I did get a quiche in the oven for a brunch tomorrow.
Anyway, in other news, I have my new car! The picture doesn't do it justice: it's a gorgeous shiny blue-green color, and has all the bells and whistles of a new car nowadays. Plus great mileage, yay.

Yard sales, half-marathons, and new cars! Oh my!
I mostly puttered at home keeping the cats company since I'm headed into tech again this week. I did do Pilates. I need to find a place to do it at work so I can get a mid-week session in. I need to make this habit again. Tomorrow I have my 2nd Krav self-defense class. Last week was close quarters, tomorrow is ground defense.

I just wrestled the clothes dryer out of its nook, unhooked the exhaust tube, cleared out the lint, swept the various grunge from the nook area, rehooked the exhaust tube, and wrestled the dryer back into place. I feel that I should be excused from all other household duties today.
