Edit: Co-workers and I were comparing how many cases we've done while working here. I've been here much longer, so I have many more cases than they do. Brief moment of combined respect and "how have you put up with this so long." Seque into the usual stories of stupid customers. "No, sir, regular click. I'll tell you if you need to right click. Regular click is left click." (not including people who have switched buttons, but if they're smart enough to do that, they don't need us generally).
I say, "'No, right click!' would be a good name for a book on tech support. One co-worker says "'No, right click!: The Connie Neil Story.'" I feel all weirdly validated. They know my last name! I'm a real girl!
