I kissed him, and I told him that I loved him. And I killed him.

Oh, I'm so sorry, Suzi.

Hivemind - I need recommendations for a true red eye shadow. Red red.

Warm or cool toned? If you want cool toned, then the best red eyeshadow is Make Up For Ever "Morello Cherry", number M846.

Warm toned? That will take me a minute to find, because I generally don't look for those.

Urban Decay's "Gash", which they finally brought back, is a warm toned red. (I am still mad that it is a warm toned red, because it's the color Gerard Way wore all through the Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge era, and I am ridiculous fan girl.)

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Thanks Jilli, I'll pass the recommendations along to Kelly who asked if I had any ideas.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Wait, if she's getting a carrier pigeon I want one!

Upon mature reflection I put forth this thought for your consideration: Train the surplus duck population to carry messages. This scheme will render the ducks useful and happy in their usefulness therefore less prone to nibbling.

HA!

Someone in the Who?Weekly FB page commented on a story about Charlie Webber with "You mean Ben is Glory?" and I immediately started wondering who this unknown to me Buffista was.

Librarian Warlord

I have tried to tee up my work today so I can listen to Comey's testimony while still getting stuff done. The Senate is also probably voting today on the Saudi arms deal (my husband is wrapped up with this and has been on the Hill all week) so it is a very pay attention kind of day for me.

I should have send hand-carved notices about my mom, delivered by a puppy!

I have tried to tee up my work today so I can listen to Comey's testimony while still getting stuff done.

I really want to listen to it, but I have therapy in an hour and then back to the hospital. Although it might lift Mom's spirits to hear Comey drag Trump.

t edit But really, the ICU nurse said that today (the day after surgery) is generally the worst one for patients who had open-heart surgery, because the anesthesia has worn off and they realize how much things hurt despite the pain meds, and their throats hurt from the breathing tube, and everything is just bad. So I doubt watching Comey testify will help.

Maybe I should take my Hillary Clinton action figure that erika sent me and prop it up on the side table to inspire Mom.
