My grandma routinely made cookies for the staff at their bank branch because my grandpa would drive off with the pneumatic tube t edit cannister all the time. The staff was too nice to tell him he was banned from the drive-through, so they just put up with it, and when he returned the cannister, it often came with cookies, which I think softened their position even more.

Yeah, when the pneumatic tube cannister cam back with cash or a receipt, Grandpa pulled it in the car to open it and get the contents out, and apparently just tossed the cannister on the car seat next to him.
