A Suzuki SX4 might be a possibility. It's a bit of an oddball, but they weren't very expensive even when new.
The problem with 4WD and a manual is that a lot of little SUVs provided a front-wheel drive only model with a manual, but not a 4WD manual. The FWD manual is really more of a marketing thing than a model they expect to actually sell so even they are rare.
As a bonus, you get to play this for your customers.
