And the thing is, I like my evil like I like my men: evil. You know, straight up, black hat, tied to the train tracks, soon my electro-ray will destroy metropolis BAD.

Our wings are not tired.

On the plus side, my Dad is out of surgery, back at home, and doing really well.

Excellent. Wishes for a quick recovery.

Palm Beach County residents are delighted that there will likely be no more visits to Mar-a-Lago until probably November. Sorry NY/NJ people. Your turn.

Thrive to spite them

He was saying he's saving money by staying his home. Dude we all know you own Trump Towers, not only did you live there before it has your name on it.

I know it is only a small portion of the rage, but it makes me crazy that he gets to make money and profit off of the presidency, including renting out his properties to secret service. And will continue to forever, unless they throw his ass in jail. I live in hope.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Omnis was a wonderful, smart, uniquely sweet person. I wish strength to those closest to him.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

About three hours after I heard about omnis, I received a message that another friend passed away today (board time differences, so it make sense, where I am). She had leukemia. (no hairpets needed, thanks).

I'm going to take a stand and say that I did not like today. Currently feeling a bit blank and exhausted.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That's rough, Shir. Take care of yourself.

What three words would I use to describe my ideal work culture? I am so at a loss with this survey.

Respectful, responsive, trusting.

Are those the kinds of words that describe culture? OK, that's more of a starting point than I had.

Respectful: if you've done something wrong, they explain it clearly and avoid scolding you like you're a three-year-old who's taken a dump in their pants.

Responsive: Responds to questions promptly and with useful information

Trusting: Assumes you can do your job until proven otherwise.

Plus they're kind of jargony and feel-good. The kind of people who think surveys are a good thing like that sort of stuff.

Edit: Part of being a Communications Major was having to design surveys. I lost part of my soul in college.

They want three words to describe our current culture, too. Kinda feels like one of those dreams where it is time to take a final in a class you didn't know you were enrolled in.
