I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I'm sorry, Java.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm so sorry, Java.

Ann, that's a ferret.

All condolences, Java.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hate it when the first shirt I pull out of the dryer turns out to be too tight in the sleeves and I have to go back out to the garage to finish getting dressed

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I'm so sorry, Java.

Art Crawl!!!

Java, I'm so sorry for your loss. It really doesn't make it easier to have had them longer. . . (former slave of a 21 year old cat.)

Herding cats for fun

Poor Java. He's with my Mishka now, and we shall miss them most terribly forever and ever. Remember what you told me about one of my pet losses awhile back... That he had spent every day of his life knowing for sure I loved him, so he always felt secure.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

The doctor walked into the room and said, "Let's go look at your MRI. It's definitely not subtle!"

So yeah, herniated disc causing sciatica. First attempt to relieve it will be steroid shots. If that doesn't work, surgery. I'm not at all worried about the treatment, but there are some scheduling challenges stressing me out, most notably that I'm going to Prague in mid-June.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Keep me honest here people, this is just an expensive and complicated mirror that spies on you, right?

(Shit I didn't say: Parent company, THIS is what you bring to market while the product I've been working on for two years gets canned? ARE YOU ALL VERY STONED?)
