Hot damn. I emailed a masonry guy about getting an estimate for work on my porch and to discuss a solution to my steps and he replied instantaneously! Says he'll swing by tomorrow to take a look and give me a call later. He's winning; has a gallery of work on houses like mine and I like what I see AND crazy prompt response, unlike most. I'm in shock.
Apparently, I'm trying to spend all the money knocking off some significant infrastructure projects. Knock these down, then garage. And then I'll move inside and start fixing the guest bedroom leak damage, builtins and think about a kitchen reno(my mom is really invested in it. But I have so many decisions to make and dear gawd, it will be a nightmare.)

Y'all. I have agreed to go to Jazzercise with my father tomorrow morning. The man is 78 and has been going to Jazzercise for YEARS. This is going to be interesting. I wanted to spend more time with him because I'm staying at his place now, but I'm going to be in and out until I leave, not giving much quality time for us to spend together.
One more episode of Parks and Rec, because this is the one with the walk across the ice ring.
Also Ben is making calzones.
We are taking part in our neighborhood garage sale tomorrow. It helps us get rid of the TON of stuff we don't want to move. The downside is the DH and I have to stay up tonight sorting and pricing stuff and we have to be ready to sell stuff at 8:00am.
