Oh, I wish those council guys would let me have an hour alone in the room with her, if I was larger and had grenades.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

What a heart-ache, Pix.

sarameg, I hear you on the ouchies.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I might need a place to hide a body. The tax deadline is tomorrow, and just now -- it's 11 p.m. and I need to go to bed -- Tim is trying to find all his medical expenses (of which there were many last year). He just handed me a thick stack of unopened dental EOBs and a letter opener. This isn't what I meant by "Yeah, I'll do your taxes."

I mean, I get that things have been busy and crazy with his dad, but this is not cool. I'm trying to not lose my temper with him.

File an extension, lesson learned about that offer. Deal with all the emotions and expectations and body hiding later.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Yeah. Go extension, choose extension!

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

sarameg and aurelia are wise. Thirding the extension suggestion.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

7AM meeting. So far, only people here are the organizer, me, and my coworker.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Honest to god, I really thought I had signed up for commuter benefits, but apparently I never had. So that's whatever, but I finally did it for real, and it goes into effect in June, when I'll be out of the office for 10 days. So I guess I should push it to July, but I'm afraid to touch anything for fear of breaking it.

The status is NOT quo.

Thanks everyone. It's been a rough 12 months and that just was the nasty icing on the fruit cake no one wanted in the first place.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm so sorry, Pix.

What kind of benefit, Jesse?

Oy, Tim.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Does anyone understand the political significance of the UK prime minister calling for an early election? I understand what it is, but does the PM expect to gather more support for her party and Brexit?

(Apparently political thought is what you get from me in early mornings.)
