Now I did a job. I got nothing but trouble since I did it, not to mention more than a few unkind words as regard to my character so let me make this abundantly clear. I do the job. And then I get paid.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I have no idea why I never watched the original 1999 version of The Mummy, but we watched it tonight, and it was a DELIGHT.

I can't really call that the "original" Mummy, but the first Brendan Fraser one is very fun.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Well, the non-Tom Cruise one.

I didn't realize that Mr. The Rock was in the sequel, so I put that on hold at the library.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I wouldn't get my hopes up for Mr. The Rock's contributions to that movie. Or anyone's, really.

Huh. Several people commented on FB (or maybe Tumblr?) that the sequel is pretty fun, but the third one is awful.

I mean, I'm not expecting an Oscar-worthy performance from anyone in it. I know what I'm getting myself into with a campy movie about a cursed mummy.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

That was right at the beginning of Mr. The Rock's Hollywood career. I'm glad he got better and that movies figured out how to use him.

I'm happy to watch him even in a cheesy movie.

Although Jumanji looks awesome.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

Although Jumanji looks awesome.

I've seen a couple of trailers for this and it looks fun, but I wish they had called it something else. Why did they have to name it Jumanji? From what I've seen in the trailers, the only similarity is that people get sucked into a game. Ok, that happened in Zathura too.

Why, why, why try to overwrite a past movie. You have changed it up enough, give it a new name. I feel the same about the new Ghostbusters. I love the movie, but call it Ghostbusters 2016 (or whatever year it came out) or something.
