Well, of COURSE he is. Who else? Anyone of note? Hiddleston, maybe?
Yes, Hiddleston is in it and Brie Larson.
A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

I think Pringlescoot will have another good 5-20 years, fade for a decade, and then come back as an interesting character actor for the rest of his days. He did some good work as Richard III in the Hollow Crown series of Shakespeare history play movies.

Well, he had a decade or so as a (young) character actor and I don't think he'll actually fade for a decade so much as just slide back into character acting, with hopefully a PERIOD OF TIME WHERE HE'S DOING FUCKING COMEDY AGAIN, JESUS CHRIST, CUMBERBATCH, ENOUGH SRS BSNS.
Seriously, to get back on my Cumberbatch-for-Comedy high horse for a minute, he's got one of those rubber faces (like Hugh Laurie, so it's not a shock that they've played father and son), an incredibly effortless-seeming physicality (see his turn as the Creature in Boyle's Frankenstein--the difference between him in the role and Miller is pretty significant and why I prefer that casting to Miller as the creature), and the man's got the comedic chops to hold his own with Stephanie Cole, Roger Allam, and Anthony Head.
But noooooo, he keeps doing spinach movies (outside of Strange) that I have no interest in seeing about a specific character type and damn it, COMEDY, CUMBERBATCH.
His face should get very interesting as he ages.
I am in agreement with PM about Bundlescarp Crispydrawers.
Also, I find him super attractive when he's brunette and a gangly-faced dork when he's ginger. Cannot explain.

Wait, what? Hiddleston is in Skull Island, for real?
Yeah, sorry if my sarcasm obscured the real fact. He is in the movie.
I'm finding the variations on the name very amusing.
Well, now I have to see Skull Island. Dammit, Hiddleston.
t Co-signs Plei's post.
Aren't we about due for another go at a Shakespeare movie? Maybe a comedy this time?
Maybe Hiddles will be shirtless and dirty and sweaty.
A girl can dream.
