Oh my god. What can it be? We're all doomed! Who's flying this thing!? Oh right, that would be me. Back to work.

Our wings are not tired.

Oh, I watched with my sister, who hadn't read the books, and she didn't like Elizabeth at all. Understandable, but my opinion of the character is based on so much more.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

I haven't read it recently enough to remember a lot of plot points, but I love Bogdan!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The movie did make me want to reread the book, in part because while I felt like stuff was missing I could not remember exactly what in plot terms at least but also because it reminded me how much I like spending time with these characters.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I went to see Hamilton today and was reminded again why we don't ever go to this theater. On the plus side, it has a full menu you can order to a very comfy seat and doesn't require driving over the (toll) bridge and back. On the downside, it is the WORST at being a movie theater. The projection cut off the top and sides (during a closeup in "Wait For It" all we could see was LOJ's jaw because the rest of his face was out of frame) and when I complained and someone went to fix it, the entire thing went out of focus (which was not an improvement).

Hopefully nobody in the theater was seeing it for the first time because UGH.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The Mandalorian and Grogu trailer.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Huh. Well that is certainly a thing to release the week tens of thousands of people cancelled their Disney accounts and trips and visits and sold their stock.

Not sure it's gonna get me back: looks pretty cheesy.

I cannot tell if that's something I want to see or not. Well, a lot of time to figure that out. Many more chances for Disney to make me not care what they are making, also.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

I don't understand how the effects in the trailer actually look worse than the show.
