Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I also have a Toothless like cat. She had not destroyed things as successfully as yours, Matt.

I'd still love a stuffed Toothless.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

If any of you find knit patterns for either/any of those, I can make those things happen.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

We're watching The Internship, and of all the things so far that have irritated me about this horrible movie, right now, I'm most irritated that they're not playing Quidditch right.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

People should go see Arrival because I need to talk about it!

I walked out of it kind of rolling my eyes, but about half an hour later I was sure it was amazing. So I need to (a) see it again and (b) talk about it with my favorite talky meat.

It's a slow burn all the way through the end - very similar in pacing to the beginning of Interstellar or 2001 or Close Encounters of the Third Kind.

And I want to talk about the way it treats gender and its place in science fiction history and how it asks big philosophical questions and then answers them in very specific ways that don't undermine the validity of the questions!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I haven't, but now I want to.

Good then that the movie stands on its own as a slow burn.

The story is wonderful. My nephew and I got to talking about it while my sister was driving us from A to B, and once we got to B she read it so we could all discuss it.

Valerian And The City Of A Thousand Planets

I wasn't quite able to shut off my brain enough to enjoy The Fifth Element to the fullest extent, but I'll be there for this anyway.
