Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I once heard that on the set of a big adventure film the stuntmen were wearing t-shirts that said something along the lines of "never mind the plot, let's blow something up".

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

So they reverse-searched for a likely place whose scenery resembled New Zealand

Man, I'd go see Mission Impossible: Middle Earth.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I seriously doubt this will happen, but I would be all over this: Edgar Wright directing Bond 25 is "a real possibility".

But it wouldn't be nearly as awesome as this: [link]

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

But it wouldn't be nearly as awesome as this: [link]

I would absolutely pay money to see that. Especially if they played it totally straight.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I saw The Spy Who Dumped Me yesterday. It was fun. Not profound, but then it wasn't trying to be. There were explosions, the lead women kicked butt, the bit with the thumb was great, and I'll watch Kate McKinnon in anything but an Oliver Stone flick. I'd love to see a sequel, but as it's been out nearly a month without earning back production costs, that seems unlikely.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Saw BlacKkKlansman yesterday. It's very good. And yet another film where I didn't hate Adam Driver.

Personally, I don't think the coda was necessary (since I felt the link was made explicit throughout), but I suppose some people need to be hit over the head.

OK, I think they're going to find Captain America for real.

Am I the only one thinking "Good! We could use him these days!"?
