It is my Lyrica. My doc has said, in the past, that I can try tapering off to see if the nerve pain comes back or not. Last time I tapered, the pain came back so I went back to my standard dose. Thus time I just screwed up, but no nerve pain so far.
Oh, yeah, you'll have withdrawal symptoms with Lyrica.
Yeah. I'm discovering that. I should send an email to my doc to see how long it should take to quit feeling like shit.
Depending on the dosage you were taking, it could be longer than a week.

The new friends who are coming over tomorrow for my birthday are not communicating with me. I don't know when they plan to arrive, or whether they're bringing food or if I should have food for them. M. asked me to remind her at lunch (she forgets what day it is) so I guess we're getting together in the after-lunch portion of the day, but otherwise I feel rather adrift.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Speaking of renovation--they installed our shower door on Sunday and I took my first shower in it this morning. AND IT WAS FUCKING GREAT.

I have most of breakfast made, and lunch for tomorrow. Flan is chillin' in the fridge, but I have little confidence in it. I should probably go ahead and make lunch for the day after tomorrow, then I won't have any cooking hanging over me tomorrow. I'll still need to poach an egg Wednesday morning, but I don't really see a way around that.

I am home, despite a 45 min flight delay and only one lane open on 95n. Cabbie took a back way and I tipped him extra knowing I was his last fare and he had to go home the same way.
My house smells like cat box from being 80 10 days. And one of the cats barfed on my bed and only my bed. Several times. And I have to go to work tomorrow. Not unpacking clothes, just toiletries.
Oof.
