The global summit is over! I am going to bed now, because I need to get up around 4am to check out of my hotel and go to the tiny airport for an international flight to Chicago and then on to Michigan.
I'm very glad it's done, and that people are happy and seem to think it went well.
The football game is showing closeups of beignets. Not fair.
I am okay with that, actually.
Glad the summit went well, shrift! That sounds like a big deal.
And the ad for the drug designed to combat "Opioid Induced Constipation" has officially weirded me out. What a world.
...interesting use of the drug. (Also, having been on the maximum dose of percocet for only 6 weeks, #thestruggleisreal.)
Speaking of drugs, I've had a non-migraine headache since 2 p.m., and I'm pretty damn sure it's because I just added FOUR drugs to my body today. Stupid lungs.
Aw, poor rest of your body. You've been to the doctor, lungs, magically heal already!
I do know #thestruggleisreal but that's a weird thing to be advertised during a primetime football game, isn't it?

Right? My lungs do not GET IT.

Maybe that's a big opioid user demographic?
This is how well the Saints have trained me: it's 31-14, there's like two minutes left, and I'm still afraid they'll find a way to lose it.
That struggle is real, too.
Maybe that's a big opioid user demographic?
Huh. I have no reason to think it isn't. Okay then. Headcanon accepted.
Oh, I forgot to report that a few raindrops hit my car on the drive home tonight! So exciting
