Yay for Gabe!
I forgot that I had agreed to help my next-cube neighbor streamline one of her reports today. Now I can't properly foster my resentment at fruitlessly coming in to work.
I should have stayed in bed this morning.
I hear that! I realized as I left the house that I was getting a migraine. Luckily it's not terrible, but STILL.
In continuing news about how my job is ridiculous, they are getting rid of corporate credit cards. WTF? We already just had one per department, but now everything has to go on a personal card for reimbursement.
And cube-neighbor just canceled. Resentment back in full flower. Yay?
Weird, Jesse. How can that possibly be better? And sorry about the migraine.
On the plus side, just killed a mosquito, which is always satisfying.
That does make no sense, Jesse. We only have one in our whole School, which is annoying and instead of the cardholder doing all the purchasing the card ends up getting passed around against all regulations.
Turns out my friend's son was walking to school when was hit, so now I'm all riled up about how we need a crosswalk - I know the corner he was hit at, and it feels dangerous to drive through, much less walk across. But he's doing okay, enjoying his recovery time and watching anime.

Oh yeah -- we have a pdf of a photocopy of the card we all use! I don't see why they don't issue more cards. That would make tracking down receipts easier, I would think. Instead we get these 50-person department emails asking about individual charges.
That is ridic, Jesse.
That's a whole lot of silliness right there. And not the fun kind.
