I still haven't seen the last episode of Jane the Virgin from last season. Or the last episode of iZombie. Or any of the current Doctor Who.
Never seen any of those! Or Walking Dead, much less FTWalking Dead! I have, otoh, decided to try Crazy Ex-Girlfriend.
Nice going, Facebook!
So, I've been taking one Tylenol and three Advil every four hours (unless I'm asleep) since I got my current temporary crown (about two weeks now) and that's been clearly necessary as if I was even a little late my tooth/gum/jaw/face would give me significant discomfort. On Saturday I forgot that I would not have access to the little bottles of OTC pills I keep at my desk and so went all day without, and that was not great, but I got back into my routine Saturday night. Whether it was from missing a bunch of doses or just the healing is going, today I am getting the discomfort a half hour or so before I am supposed to take the next dose.
I have a bad feeling this is a sign of impending root canal.
I spent the weekend catching up on Arrow and the Flash, so now I am only behind on SPN, and pretty much everything from this season.
I am tempted to watch Crazy Ex-Girlfriend largely because I ended up liking Jane the Virgin so much. Although I am going to wait and see what the buzz is (including, now, Jesse's opinion)
Is Crazy Ex-Girlfriend supposed to be good? I have to admit the entire concept turned me off as soon as I saw the first commercial.
But then I also thought the idea of Jane the Virgin was ridiculous, but it's gotten rave reviews, and the only reason I haven't watched it is time.
I'm working my way through the current season of Face Off.
Ninety more minutes of work and then I just might take a nap. The weekend was busy and my brain is demanding downtime.
I just ran into the department boss at the microwave in the break room. He said he'd been looking at YouTube videos and stumbled on one filmed a year ago in a local gun store--and I was in it! Given the time frame, I was indeed in that particular store at that time, but I didn't notice anyone filming. It was Hubby's favorite gun store, and I was asking about the best way to sell his gun collection. Boss then looked interested and wanted to know if I still had the guns and what I had, and asked for a list. I've been mulling over how to get rid of them that didn't involve a pawn shop. The universe finds a way to help me in the most convoluted ways.
One of the reasons I like to do a juice cleanse or the like occasionally is I don't have to come up with meals and I don't have new dishes to wash for the duration.
Hmm, now that's almost a motivation to try a juice cleanse.
Oh wait. I'd still have to cook and wash dishes. Nevermind.
Nice, Connie. Strange and convoluted, but nice.
Now I'm sitting in the Cubs bar at O'Hare so I can have a beer.
