Hmm. Eat it with something pumpkin? To be fair, cinnamon IS one of the spices in pumpkin spice?
Also, someone elsewhere (I think?) mentioned that there is pumpkin cookie butter. Which...what?!? I can't even think how a person would use that.

I am so excited for the long weekend. I have a bunch of plans but also plenty of time to hang around! I need to do a lot of cooking, especially roasting of squash. I think I have two acorn and one butternut.
