Oh wow, Dana, that's good, because that would be a serious pain to deal with right before vacation!
Ooh, that sounds nice.
Woohoo, cruise! And even more woohoo wallet being found and intact!
Hello Natter!!
You know what's enjoyable? Finishing a book you didn't like and then reading reviews from other people who didn't like it either. (A Traitor to Memory by Elizabeth George, FWIW.)
I have fixed a kitchen window that wasn't closing properly, and fully cleaned the litterbox. And ordered more supplies, because I foolishly got myself into a dumb system that I actually really like.
I just saw the most horrifying thing ever—a nature program about the bite of the Lone Star tick making people allergic to meat. My commitment to never camping or hiking is looking pretty smart now!
This is why I don't go outside!
Ooh Dana, that sounds lovely! I hope you have a great time.

Ha! Well that's one way to encourage more vegetarianism. Speaking of, my daughter's best friend has decided to be a vegetarian (her mom is but the rest of the family isn't) so now Frances is interested in it too. Except even she realizes she sometimes snarfs down meat like she's craving it, which given her wee body and her eating habits, she probably is. So I'm trying to turn this into an opportunity for her to learn about what kinds of legumes, seeds, and vegetables will help her meet all her protein needs. She tried a bit of tofu scramble the other day, but Isaac was the one who ate it. Ah well, baby steps.
So, now I'm watching TV and eating almonds, but soon it will be time for shower and errands!
