On Sunday, I get on a cruise ship for a week, and thank god. My camel's back is about ready to break.

Taking a break from packing. I've been in Otter Lake 4 months and have my work computer system (2 desktops, 2 laptops, 5 monitors, ip phone, etc) and lots of clothes and so forth to pack. Also can't leave any canned goods or other food stuffs that will freeze over winter. Such a chore. I'm leaving sooner than I wanted and taking a western route because of anticipated weather nastiness along my usual east coast route.

Not so concerned so much for me or the US for the hurricane, but I have a number of relatives and friends in the Bahamas and it looks pretty awful there.

Also, y'all have let me down with the not winning the big lotto thing. Life would be less complex on Buffista Island.
