That's awesome, flea. I hope you take full credit.
Natter 74: Ready or Not

That's wild, flea.
It's now late enough in the year that when I get up for my 7AM meeting, it's dark. Boooooo.
I'm not really loving it myself.
Walked outside this morning and my hair just gave up. I didn't think it was that humid. I mean, yesterday there was actual fog! At least the kids told me it looked nice....
At conference. Speaker's mic keeps cutting out. Soon we have to break up into groups and do ... something. Fun and educational I'm sure. Ugh.
It would be hard to overstate how much I would rather be still in bed nw instead of going to work. But I'm getting my hair cut at lunchtime, so that's incentive to be up and about I suppose. Sun isn't quite up yet, but it isn't exactly dark. Gloaming. Crepuscular. Etc.
It's grey and rainy, and that made it REALLY hard to get out of bed. And is making it really hard to not take a nap. The fact that the dog and cats are taunting me with their naps is just adding insult to injury.
I am also at a conference. I was in a training all day yesterday that wasn't very good. But this morning's keynote speaker was Adam Minter, author of Junkyard Planet, and he was excellent, so today is already looking up!
I would love if it got cold in the winter but not dark. That would be so nice. I hate getting up in the dark.
I've been depressed lately. And I find myself enjoying the shorter days and the increased darkness.
Today is dark, rainy and windy, which makes me happy.
