Well, it's just good to know that when the chips are down and things look grim you'll feed off the girl who loves you to save your own ass!

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

-t, you have to watch all of the Saints game from home this season.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

So much for quiet mornings! Isaac woke up right after I posted, so no grading today so far. But we read Robin Hood together, so that more than made up for it.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hear you, Dana. If I have to, I have to.

The Food Lab is too big to fit in my cookbook stand. This is my only complaint about it thus far. (Also, Foolproof Hollandaise sauce came out well for me. I am noticing a pattern)

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

This has been my weekend to sleep. New feature for my body is that it seem to crash when I start my cycle. 15 hours Friday night and 9 hours last night. Now I really need to clean. ALso get the child up so we can go get Ethiopian food for lunch. NOM.

I've already done dishes, made myself breakfast, 1 load of laundry, and packed 2 paper grocery bags for the thrift store. Going through piles of paper now to toss, finding some bills to pay.

huh, I wrote all that and never posted. We are back from lunch at the Ethiopian place. mac has a birthday party to be at in an hour, so he is getting ready.

Trying to decide what of the million things I could do around the house to actually do.

Wow, you have already done so much! I am letting my complaining reproductive organs be the boss of me, I think, and mostly sitting on the couch. I did get my tea box packed for the coming week, and have some clothes in the washing machine, maybe I can pick off some more low-hanging chore fruit as the day goes on.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I got up, ate breakfast, showered, started my laundry and put chicken in the crockpot only to discover an hour later that it wasn't on.

Now I'm hard boiling eggs for breakfasts this week. Then I want a nap until the eclipse.

Well, next Sunday I'll be home and pick up Popeyes.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Hard-boiling eggs. I need to do that.

So far today, I've worked on two different client proposals, baked pumpkin cream cheese muffins, de-taped Peanut's room, and done laundry. Somehow, I still don't feel like I've done much.

brillig

There was a cherry pie on the discount shelf at the supermarket bakery. I brought it into the office. OMG, it's good. I think I'm going to be able to keep myself down to eating a third of it (for what it's worth, it's most of my lunch. Yay, fruit!)

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

I'm paying bills, and after seeing yet ANOTHER increase on my cable/phone/internet bill, I'm ready to cut the cord on everything except internet.

Any caveats before I call AT&T and tell them where to shove their receivers?
