Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

It's a gorgeous day! 72degF, breezy, cloudy with sun, the perfect day for staying inside and opening all the windows and cleaning things.

Looking forward to your trip reports, Sue! I can barely pack for a weekend in a carryon.

Yep. Four dresses, a pair of pants, three t-shirts, leggings, two pairs of shoes, rain jacket, and three cardigans. I did take out one sweater, since it's supposed to be in the 18-20C range while we're there. The pants are the only thing I am questioning, since I rarely wear pants these days.

If you take out the pants, what will you wear the t-shirts with?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Good to have them if you need them, though. Not that I can think of a pants-requiring situation off the top of my head, but I just made coffee, my not being able to think of it hardly signifies it isn't common.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I turned the heat on last night! May we finally be past those damn 90 degrees.

I normally have to change the bed around a 25-pound dog, which involves shooing him from one side of the bed to the other. Today, however, he was outside when I started, but trotted in just as I got to the blanket. He jumped for the bed just as I flipped out the blanket, and landed on it when it was still a few inches above the bed. He curled up and looked at me as though he had planned this Olympic feat.

Have a great trip, Sue. I always wear pants, so to me, every situation except for perhaps meeting the Queen requires pants.

If I take out the pants, I would probably just leave one tshirt for slounging.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Somehow I feel like pants work for a wider range of temperatures -- 18-20C seems like too cool for bare legs, but too warm for tights, so just right for pants. IMO.

The British Isles can produce a combination of fog and rain that makes 18-20C seem much colder.

That's still bare leg temp for me, especially while walking around. It's more the evenings, which will be in the low teens, that I am thinking of. Also if we end up going anywhere parklike, or rocky, I will want pants.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Later today we go to Gary's mom's house for dinner, then services. L'shana tova to all who celebrate.
