I'm trying to find people to cover my classes on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. I'm not having much luck. This is such a pain.

Well, I sent out two emails to the people who are teaching the same class as I am, and one person said that she could take some of the sections, but she can't take all of them. (I probably need at least two people, but preferably three -- there's just no way that one person could cover all of my sections and also teach all of her own sections.) And one other Jewish person told me that I should have scheduled my sections better so that I wouldn't have this issue, which was less than helpful. If I don't find another couple people in the next day or two, I'll ask the course coordinator who else I should ask.

One person at my office was home with the flu today. Another was out with strep throat. I feel like sickness is stalking the cube farm.
