BTW, going for a walk, even though it was chilly and breezy (or maybe because it was chilly and breezy?) made me feel better. About to apply tea and cupcake.
I still feel like if I go home and go to sleep I would feel better tomorrow than I would if I soldier on through the rest of the day, but I also keep thinking "well, I'll just get this one thing done first so it will be out of the way" and that could easily go on all day...
