I made the Swan Coach House Tomato Basil Soup [link] yesterday because I had the basil, and it was also good cold today.
It is so painful to watch bad Shakespeare, and I feel bad at small productions because I have trouble controlling my face.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

My mother didn't tell me she had diverticulitis (diag Thursday) until I called tonight. Stinkeye.
Marked for later, Ginger.
FTR, I am still awake. I got hungry and didn't finish cooking dinner until, well, now. At least it is a comfortable temperature in my house now, that's pleasant. And dinner is quite tasty.
Hmm, the story is cranking along, FINALLY. (This is the fourth attempt at this story, and absolutely the last.)
But I might need more wine.
It's almost Monday again.
Ick
Too early to be awake. We just had a crazy thunder/lightening/hail storm pass overhead. It felt like was sitting over the house for an hour with at least 2 very, very close lightening strikes. It woke all of us up but I think I'm the only one who can't fall back asleep.
This is my week for having to drive to another Y to swim. And of course, there are thunderstorms in the forecast later in the week. Expect whining. And people with actual commutes are welcome to mock me.
It's nice to wake up in my own place again. I had a lovely time with family, but a couple of days is enough to remind me that I live alone for a reason. Alone somewhere closer would be nice, though.
Ugggg. I did fall asleep after the storm moved on but being awake now is brutal. Feels like I've had only 4 hours sleep. Today is gonna be rough.
Early this morning, I laid in bed worried my lungs were wheezing again. Turned out it was the cat, under the bed, snoring.
