Even 538 is looking much, much better. And the Princeton Consortium has the Senate prediction back at 50-50 DEM-GOP.

So, will the senate decide to quickly confirm Justice Garland on November 9th? Or will they decide that it is right and proper for President Clinton and the new Democratic Senate need to do this?

They would need to change the Senate rules to prevent a filibuster of a Supreme Court nominee, right?
Some Republicans have said they'll refuse to approve any of Clinton's Supreme Court nominees and just wait until a Republican is president.

That's like calling the Grand Canyon a creek. For real, Alec Baldwin's Trump in the SNL sketch was pretty much straight from the debate and not embellished/exaggerated.
