The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Matt, that is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Their crab cakes are actually better than anything I got when I lived in Baltimore.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

He told me last night he's voting for HRC, because it might not make a difference for him as a white CIS-male, he definitely realizes it would be dangerous for women and minorities. Score 1 point for the good guys.

Good for you Maria. I'm working on my brother.

ION, my dad went and voted yesterday. With all the potential shenanigans with registrations and stuff in some states, it's definitely a year to confirm and reconfirm your registration before November.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Good for you Maria. I'm working on my brother.

My brother is ridiculously, militantly libertarian and it is driving me batshit insane.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Reason #45345 you don't want an open plan office: I'm sitting here listening to my staff member yell at UPS or whoever, when I know she just left a voicemail for someone who gave her a very small window in which to connect about a million dollar grant.

Coding and Sleeping

Thanks for all the well-wishes everybody. I've only had minutes here are there since Monday to do anything until today. Not that there's much time today either.

Looks like Clinton has already gone back up on 538 and (I think) NYT, and Princeton Consortium (which was already the highest) is holding steady. Curious to see what happens after more polls come out tomorrow.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

I can't even imagine. This is my first presidential election back in PA. I never had to worry about MD, but even the downticket races here are contentious. I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place because an old family friend is running for state senate. As a outsider and conservative Republican. I do not agree with anything he stands for, and he would be representing our district. I will be voting for his opponent, the incumbent, but it's a fine line we're walking because old family friend has asked us to put up signs and host campaign events in our restaurant. We are offering the same to his opponent. None of us will be voting for him, but I hate doing shit for appearances' sake.

Gud, I'm glad to hear she's improved!
