Also, Grace's GI removed her g-tube today. No more tubie!
That's so awesome!
Now we just have a leakey hole until it heals.
Slightly less awesome...
It's not so much the fussing/crying of the baby that worries me, as it is the exposure to germs.
Yeah, that's part of what I meant about the parents being comfortable.
Indeed, slightly less awesome.
Go go wonder Gracie!
Though after last year's trache thing, I'm a little more afraid to celebrate.

Wow, that's big news!
I had an appointment this afternoon that I didn't mind, but didn't want to travel to--and then I looked at google as I was about to leave, and discovered it was saying the 45-50 minute trip would take 75 minutes, and I'd be late, and I sat there for a second considering it, and said fuckit, and called the appointment and canceled. Waste of my money, but I'd rather just not, right now. The thought of driving all the way down there and back was too much.
And my trip next week got canceled all last-minute, which I'm kind of excited about because I'll be in town all week, but not thrilled about because now I'll have to try to cram it into a week I had thought was open. I hate moving all my appointments around. But I decided maybe I will say fuck it all and will take one or two of those days as "sick" mental health days.
Yay, Grace!
Brava, Grace! Fingers crossed that this has no complications at all.
Yay, Grace! I hope it's a smooth transition.
