I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

I would say either The Green Mill Murder (3rd ep of the 1st season) or Death by Mid Adventure, the 10th ep of the 1st season.

brillig

I started watching Miss Fisher, but I got tired of her rescuing and collecting all the poor, downtrodden people. She pings too high on my personal arrogance meter. I can see the appeal, it's a gorgeous show, and maybe I need to take it in smaller doses.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Thank you Nora! I want Jack to be smoldering and Dot to be adorable, which I think the pilot doesn't quite do.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

In case others have the same questions/concerns as WindSparrow, it's not a serious recipe. The measurements are not typos, they're just in the style of West Collins [link]

IOW, this is a Gishwhes thing. Sorry for any confusion.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

You guys! We went to see the Improvised Shakespeare Company tonight. I was excited, due to loving Improv, Shakespeare and Thomas Middleditch, who's a member of the company. Imagine our surprise when the group came out and Sir Patrick Stewart was with them! They didn't introduce him or anything and he took part in the whole evening (they improv an entire Shakespeare play based on an audience suggestion). It was hilarious and brilliant and so much fun! Patrick Motherfucking Stewart!

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Patrick Stewart!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

THAT is awesome.

I was assuming GE meant Global Entry...

Yes, Global Entry for the six year old. There is no place to name both parents on her paperwork! But we seem to travel internationally once or twice a year with her, and unlike the domestic program, kids cannot piggyback onto their parents' status.

Gifted programs try to keep the parents away from all the testing. We got a notice when it was happening, and told to try and make sure she had a good breakfast but that was pretty much it.
