What's going on with Dad's neck is vertebrae are getting pinched/smooshed from being out of alignment. There is degeneration in there. They are going to go in from the back of his neck and attach a rod to the vertebrae, putting them where they need to be. They have to go through muscle, so rehab is going to be longer than his previous neck surgery where they went in through the front and just did the work. so yeah, it's a lot and again he's 73, but that's what it is.

I did get to meet Angus! Sadly the bar I had hoped to go to was closed for an employee party, but we went to a backup bar and had rum drinks, which made me think of David. Yay buffistas all over the world :)

And I decided to cancel the date, after my friends at dinner confirmed girl was all lovey-dovey with the supposed gf all weekend. I don't need to get into that drama, so just texted her and said something came up Thursday and I have to cancel. Am going to trivia instead. Fuck that noise.
